2. In view of the above, the second appeal is disposed of as per the terms of Memorandum of Compromise dated 02.10.2024. The Memorandum of Compromise dated 02.10.2024 shall form part of the decree in this second appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
