2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, Mr.C.Raja, HC 553, Meensuriti Police Station, Ariyalur District is present.

4. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.281 of 2014 was completed and charge sheet was filed in STC No.1333 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate, Jayamkondan, where the accused appeared and paid guilty on 21.10.2014.
