ORDER

This petition is filed for speedy disposal of the petition in M.C.O.P.No.337 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court at Vellore.

2. The case of the petitioners are that their son was a 3rd year M.B.B.S student, when he was riding his two wheeler the first respondent herein drove his vehicle in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against the son of the petitioners, due to which he sustained severe head injuries. The accident occurred on 04.01.2022, inspite of the best treatment the son of the petitioners died on 21.02.2022. Hence the petitioners herein filed a claim petition claiming compensation for the death of their son in M.C.O.P.No.337 of 2022 before the Principal District and Sessions Court at Vellore. and the same was pending till date. Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have spent huge money towards their lovable son and finally lost him. Hence he 2/4

prays this Court to allow this petition.

4. In view of the above, the learned Judge, Principal District and Sessions Court at Vellore. is directed to dispose of the M.C.O.P.No.337 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, after taking into account the pendency of cases in the Court.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
