The petitioner/husband who has challenged the marriage with the respondent/wife on the ground that it is null and void, has come forward with this Revision, seeking to expedite the proceedings in HMOP. No.5050 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Coimbatore. Page No.1 of 4

2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also gone through the materials placed on record.

4. It is seen that HMOP is of the year 2023. In view of the above, the Family Court, Coimbatore shall endeavour to dispose of the HMOP.No.505 of 2023 pending on its file, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
