Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to instruct respondents 2 to 4 to (i) to set up special flying squad in State Level and District Level to monitor corruption and irregularities in all government departments; (ii) complaint on corruption and irregularities charges should not be forwarded by valid Anti-Corruption Department to the same offender department; and (iii) by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.9.2021.
