ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 498(A), & 506(i) of I.P.C in Cr.No.16 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the marriage between the Defacto Complainant and A1 was solemnized on 10.03.2016. At the time of marriage and even after the marriage, A1 along with the other petitioners/A2 who is the father of A1 demanded dowry from the Defacto Complainant and harassed her physically. Hence the De-facto Complainant lodged a case against the petitioners before the law enforcing agency.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have demanded dowry from the De-facto Complainant and harassed her physically. He further submits that earlier, this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.19437 of 2021 on 25.10.2021 filed by the petitioners and this is the second bail petition filed by them. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Considering the fact the allegation levelled against the petitioners that they said to have harassed the defacto complainant physically and that this Court has already dismissed the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
