ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case against the accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.12.2018 and in compliance of the order in Crl.M.P.No.2991 of 2019 dated 31.05.2019 passed by the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate's Court, Egmore, Chennai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.352 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

3.In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
