ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Special for MCOP Cases, Coimbatore to dispose of M.C.O.P.No.707 of 2019, within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in respect of similar connected MCOP.No.705 of 2019, this Court has disposed of the revision in CRP.No.2651 of 2025, directing the Tribunal to dispose of MCOP on or before 15.09.2025.

4.In view of the present MCOP being a connected motor accident claims, similar orders are passed. The Special Court for MCOP Cases, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of MCOP.No.707 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 15.09.2025. 5.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
