This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Attur, Salem District vide order dated 29.05.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.7792 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8374 of 2024.

After hearing both sides, this Court grants two weeks time to the petitioner to comply with the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7792 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8374 of 2024 dated 29.05.2024 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
