This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr. No.148 of 2018 on the file of Ethauppur Police Station and quash the same in so far as this petitioners are concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and case has been closed as "Further action dropped".

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
