2. The petitioner claims to have purchased an agricultural land in S.No.9/6C, situate in Kosappadi Village, Sankarapuram Taluk admeasuring to an extent of 1 acre, vide registered sale deed bearing document No.4322 of 2011 dated 02.09.2011, registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Sankarapuram, Villupuram District and claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the same. submitted a representation/application dated 09.07.2016 praying for transfer of patta and since no orders have been passed came forward to file this Writ Petition.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.G.Balamanikandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2016 in accordance with law after putting on notice the persons concerned, and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
