This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to seize the Passport No:L7220704, A1 Vijay Samuvel in Crime No.3 of 2019 dated 11.02.2019 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The relief as sought for in this petition cannot be granted by this Court. The seizure of any documents or material object, forms part of the investigation conducted by the respondent police and it is a decision to be taken by the respondent police in the course of investigation. Such positive directions cannot be given, since the same will amount to interfering with the investigation, which is within the exclusive domain of the police.
