This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Chengalput to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1151 of 2023 within a period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.M.Muralidharan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Chengalput, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.1151 of 2023 within a period of two

(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
