ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandumus, directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2020 seeking demarcation of his properties situated at Oragadam Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District comprised in Survey No.405/33 admeasuring to an extent of 6 cents and patta for the same.

2. Heard, Mr.K.Thilagaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner submitted an application to measure and demarcate the property comprised in Survey No.405/33 admeasuring to an extent of 6 cents situated at Oragadam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, on 17.03.2020. It is seen from the records that the petitioner did not pay any requisite fee as request made by the respondent.

Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to pay necessary fee and on payment of requisite fee, the respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the property comprised in Survey No.405/33 admeasuring to an extent of 6 cents situated at Oragadam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, after issuance of notice to the adjacent owners and counter parties, if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
