ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2021 seeking demarcation of his Grama Natham Property situated at Pukkathurai Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District comprised in Survey No.242/2 admeasuring to an extent of 150 square meter and issue patta for the same to the petitioner.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2021, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any and after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

giving opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
