Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders on the petitioner by this Honourble Court in Crl.O.P.No.17703 of 2021 dated 24/09/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17703 of 2021 on 24.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
