This petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed to the petitioner shall report before the concerned Magistrate/Judge on every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m. and further report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.15612 of 2025 by order dated 21.05.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15612 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Magistrate/Judge on every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and further report before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., further orders is relaxed.
