This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that "(b) The Petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders" imposed in Crl.OP.No.7276 of 2023 by order dated 11.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed, but not taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.7276 of 2023 by order dated 11.03.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on summons.
