This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18072 of in Crl.O.P.No.23528 of 2022, dated 01.12.2022, that petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
