Siddan ..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to depute surveyor to conduct survey and fix the boundaries of petitioner's lands measuring about 0.81.00 Hectares or 2 Acres in present subdivided S.F.No. 346/1A corresponding to Old S.F.No. 346/1 Anchetty Village, Anchetty Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering petitioner's application dated 10.06.2024 for survey of land and representation dated 14.06.2024 made to the 1st respondent.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 1st respondent to conduct survey of the land measuring an extent of 81 hectares situated in Survey No.346/1A corresponding to Old Survey No. 346/1, Anchetty Village, Anchetty Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering his representation dated 14.06.2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the 1st respondent, on written instructions, submitted that survey of the petitioner's land as per his representation would be done today and the petitioner should extend co-operation for surveying the land.

3. The statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent is recorded and the petitioner is directed to extend all co-operation to the 1st respondent to survey the land today. The 1st respondent is directed to complete the survey and pass final orders on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
