ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2022 in accordance with law by issuing Patta to the petitioner's land bearing Survey No.57/19, measuring about 18 cents situated at Thiruvalandurai Village, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 26.08.2022 before the respondents, seeking to issue Patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the petitioner. It is seen from records that the said representation was considered and rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
