COMMON ORDER I am deliberately not examining the facts of the both writ petitions particularly because, it is represented by both the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and for the respondents / the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, that the Tribunal had heard the matters fully and reserved orders and the orders will be pronounced on 24.12.2019. After pronouncement of orders, either party may file any Statutory Appeal as provided under law.
