Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on her representation dated 24.10.2016 within a stipulated period, the petitioner is before this Court.

According to the petitioner, the patta in respect of the property purchased by her husband on 12.06.1991 in Survey No.214 carries the name of the earlier vendor, viz. Marathal, instead of carrying the name of the petitioner's husband. Since the petitioner's husband died on 13.06.1992, the petitioner approached the 2nd respondent on many occasions to change the patta to her name and she had also applied for patta transfer on 05.07.2016 through Eservice with necessary documents. In this regard, she further sent a representation on 24.10.2016 to the 1st respondent. Since there https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is no response from the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2016 seeking transfer of patta, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
