The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant Patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to his property land bearing Plot No.4, 4th Lakeview Street, Iyappa Nagar, comprised in Survey No.174/2, having an extent of 960 sq.ft., as sanctioned in D.T.P. Layout No.163/74, situated at No.154, New No.123, Madipakkam Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, within the Registration District of Madras South, and Sub Registration District of Velacherry, without insisting on a No-Objection Certificate from the second respondent in accordance with the judgment of this Court in W.P.Nos.2856 to 2859 of 2014 as confirmed by the Judgment in Page No.2 of 5
W.A.Nos.975 to 978 of 2015.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner by the first respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also ratifies the same.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
