This Criminal Original Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1834 of 2016 has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, on 02.11.2016.
