This petition has been filed to modify the condition "the petitioners shall report before the respondent every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders" imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.No.15861 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, petitioners have tried to comply the conditions by appearing before the respondent police, however, they are attacked by the deacto complainant. Thus, he seeks to modify the condition that, petitioners may be directed to appear before the Villupuram Police Station.

4. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Police Station, Villupuram daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
