The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Thursday at 10:30AM for a period of three months imposed on the petitioner by an order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15007 of 2024, dated 28.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail and the investigation was completed and the case is posted for examination of witnesses, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
