O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 05.10.2021 in I.A. No. 2 of 2020 in O.P. No. 5067 of 2019 on the file of the V Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. 1/4

2. During the course of hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and respondent have jointly placed a memo of compromise filed by the petitioner and respondent before the Court.

3. Learned counsel of both side submit that the petitioner and respondent have settled the issue amicably out of the Court and to that effect, they have entered into compromise and the same was placed before this Court by way of memo of compromise. They further requested to treat the terms and conditions entered by both parties in this memo of compromise, as part and parcel of this order.

4. Being satisfied with the submissions of the respective counsel and on perusal of the terms and conditions mentioned in the memo of compromise filed by both parties, this Court is of the considered view that it is appropriate to place the terms and conditions recorded in the memo of compromise on record. Accordingly, it is placed on record. 2/4

5. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in this civil revision petition.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed.

7. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
