2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1202 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28494 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders is relaxed.
