This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13471 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the quash proceedings in Crl.O.P.No.16352 of 2023, FIR has been stayed. Hence, the condition may be relaxed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13471 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
