ORDER

This petition has been filed to to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.08.2021 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent and file a FIR.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had lodged a complaint as early as on 25.08.2021, no action has been taken by the respondent police till date.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that earlier to this complaint, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 26.06.2021, in respect of same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

grievance, in which a detailed enquiry was conducted and thereafter it was closed. The closure report has not been served to them and in view of the same, he had sent another complaint on 25.08.2021. He further submitted that in the earlier complaint, the statement of the petitioner as well as the counter complainant has been recorded and thereafter it has been closed.

4. Heard both sides. Perused the records.

5. In the earlier complaint dated 26.06.2021, which was lodged for the similar grievance, the enquiry was conducted and closed,nothing survives for adjudication in the present compliant.

6. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report pertaining to the earlier complaint, to the petitioner.
