ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 103 of BNS, 2023 @ 103, 303(2) of BNS, 2023 (302 @ 302, 379 of IPC) in Crime No.471 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant was working as security in a shop. On the date of occurrence, when the de-facto complainant went to open the shop, he saw a 66 years old man lying dead before the shop with injuries in the front and middle of the head. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, since he has got some criminal case against him. He further submitted that this Court had granted 2/4

bail to the co-accused/A2 in Crl.O.P.No.12907 of 2025. He further submitted that investigation in this case completed, charge sheet filed in P.R.C.No.4 of 2025. Hence, prayed for granting bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate strongly opposed for granting bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner and A2 assaulted the deceased person by using concrete stone on his head and snatched Rs.5,000/- from the deceased person. It is a murder for gain. The petitioner involved in several cases, one of the cases is of similar in nature. The petitioner is adopting same modus-operandi and he is the menace to the society. He further submitted that investigation in this case completed, charge sheet filed in P.R.C.No.4 of 2025.

5.Considering the submissions made on either side, it is seen that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet filed. The petitioner is involved in several cases of similar nature and he is also menace 3/4
