This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11289 of 2023, dated 02.06.2023 to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
