ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the NBW issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruvannamalai in C.C.No.39 of 2020 dated 19.04.2023 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.M.Mariappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first and second respondents.

3. Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that as per the order of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruvannamalai in C.C.No.39 of 2020 dated 19.04.2023, NBW has been executed.
