[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant leave for 30 days without escort to the petitioner's son Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, Life Convict, Ct. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.14254, aged about 43 years, now confined in the Central Prison,Cuddalore.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Vellore, has, by order dated 02.12.2021, granted 30 days ordinary leave to the life convict, T. Senthil Kumar, S/o. Thangavel, (Ct. No.14254) with usual conditions. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced a copy of the order dated 02.12.2021.
