This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 286 days in filing the above Criminal Revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. It is reported by the learned counsel for petitioner that the condition imposed by this Court to deposit 50% of the arrears amount has been complied with.

4. Ms.K.Kavitha, learned counsel appearing for respondents confirms the said fact.

5. In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
