ORDER

When the matter was called on 12.07.2018 in the morning there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was passed over to 2:15 p.m. Even at 2:15 p.m there was no representation for the petitioner, and hence, the Registry was directed to post the matter on 13.07.2018 and further directed to delete the name of the counsel appearing for the petitioner and print the name the petitioner, the Management of Rainbow Ink & Varnish Mfg. Co. Ltd., No.70, Mount Poonamallee Road, Chennai-600 116, in the cause list.

2. Again, when the matter was called on 13.07.2018 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 16.07.2018.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, i.e., on 17.07.2018, again there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for T.S.Gopalan & Co would submit that no instructions from the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, there will be no orders as to costs.
