The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) produced the letter which was sent by the Deputy Superintendent (Land Grabbing Cases), Salem, in which, it is stated that already they have filed a charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sankagiri on 18.08.2018. Since the charge sheet has already been filed, this petition has become infructuous.
