This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1579 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the delay of 1579 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

3.It is made clear that the petitioners shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period.
