The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to transfer and issue separate patta in the name of petitioner and make correct entries in the revenue records of his land in S.No.41/1F, to an extent of 8 cents, situated at Kottavakkam Village, Kancheepuram Taluk, Kancheepuram District based on the Sale Deed dated 26.02.1996 in Doc.No.1256 of 1996 forthwith.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner by the fourth respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same. Page No.2 of 5

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this present writ petition. Hence, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
