This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'certified copy of the notice dated 12.05.2025 issued by R4 (Village President, Eeyanur Village Panchayat, Kallakurichi Taluk and District)' (hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of convenience and clarity).

Mr.K.Thamizharasan, learned counsel representing Mr.S.J.Raja Janakiraman, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before us.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the certified copy of the impugned notice was not readily available at the time of filing writ petition. Therefore, photocopy of the impugned notice was filed along with the typed set of papers and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned notice is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative.
