Crl.OP.No.20084 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.20084 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J., The petitioner namely Kumar, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.06.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aa) read with Section 4(1-A)(ii) of TN Prohibition Act in Crime No.110 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner was granted bail by the trial Court in this case.
