Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd Respondent in A.Thi.Mu.No.6723/Aa/2016 dated 2.6.2016 and to quash the same and to direct the Respondents to consider the application of the Petitioner dated 2.6.2016 and to transfer the Petitioner to any of the Fire Stations viz. (1) Tiruvannamalai, (2) Vettavalam, (3) Keezhpennathur and (4) Chengam, all at Tiruvannamalai District.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd Respondent in A.Thi.Mu.No.6723/Aa/2016 dated 2.6.2016 and to quash the same and to direct the Respondents to consider the application of the Petitioner dated 2.6.2016 and to transfer the Petitioner to any of the Fire Stations viz. (1) Tiruvannamalai, (2) Vettavalam, (3) Keezhpennathur and (4) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Chengam, all at Tiruvannamalai District.
2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.
3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the representation dated 2.6.2016 has been returned citing the pendency of the Writ Petition in WP(MD)No.9053 of 2013 in the Madurai Bench of High Court of Madras and now the said Writ Petition was disposed of. Therefore, he seeks to resubmit the representation, which may be ordered to be disposed of by the 1st Respondent. In view of the same, the Petitioner is permitted to resubmit his representation to the 1st Respondent within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the 1st Respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
