ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 341,323,392,294(b),506(ii) in Cr.No.274 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a quarrel between the petitioner and the defacto complainant regarding contract work and due to the said quarrel, the petitioner along with other accused persons had not permitted the defacto complainant to do his work and thereafter, they have snatched the mobile phone and taken away a sum of Rs.5,000/- from the defacto complainant and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are six previous cases as against the petitioner . He further submits that this court dismissed the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail in Crl.OP.No.21331 of 2021 dated 26.10.2021. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the previous cases pending against the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
