These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd respondent in the Appeal Suit; To set aside the abatement if any caused due to the death of the deceased 2nd respondent, who died on 07.09.2019; To bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent, as respondents 5 to 8 in A.S.No.690 of 2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these civil miscellaneous petitions. The petition in C.M.P.No.20353 of 2021, to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 2nd respondent in the Appeal Suit is ordered and the delay stands condoned. The abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent is set aside and C.M.P.No.20354 of 2021 is ordered. Respondents 5 to 8 are ordered to be brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent as respondents 5 to 8 in the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.690 of 2019 and the petition in C.M.P.No.20356 of 2021 is ordered. 21.02.2023 skr (1/2) Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
