..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.9.2015 submitted to the first respondent, within the time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and consequently direct the respondents to disburse the cashless treatment amount of a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) together with interest at 24% per annum. Petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider his representation representation dated 25.9.2015 and also consequently disburse the cashless treatment amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) together with interest at 24% per annum.

2. Heard Ms.M.Krishnaveni, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of the prayer sought for by the petitioner without expressing any opinion on the merits, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.9.2015, on merits and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
