J U D G M E N T

The contempt complained of is the disobedience of the order made in C.M.A.No.2671 of 2018, which while vacating the order of the Family Court granting interim injunction, directed the husband to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-. This in our opinion is an executable order. Leaving it open to the wife to workout her remedy before the Family Court, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
