A.No.4163 of 2023 is filed to strike out the last line mentioning the names and designation of the authorised representatives / power of attorney holders of the plaintiff in the short and long cause title of the plaint and instead the plaintiff may be reflected as represented by its authorised representative / power of attorney holder as the case may be in the short and long cause title in the plaint.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to these applications being ordered and accordingly, these applications, namely, A.Nos. 4162 and 4163 of 2023 are ordered as prayed for.
