Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent police to register FIR and to file a charge sheet as against the respondent Nos.4 to 7 on the complaint of the petitioner as per the direction of the direction of the Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Alandur, in Crl.M.P.No.692 of 2021 on 13.09.2021 as per the Court orders in and others.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to register FIR and to file a charge sheet as against the respondent Nos.4 to 7 on the complaint of the petitioner as per the direction of the direction of the Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Alandur, in Crl.M.P.No.692 of 2021 on 13.09.2021 as per the Court orders in and others.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that an FIR has already been registered in Crime No.736 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 341, 324 and 506(ii) IPC dated 15.10.2021.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
