The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the third respondent to regularise the period of suspension from 22.09.2004 to 16.11.2007 as duty period. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of certain allegations, the petitioner was placed under suspension and subsequently, the disciplinary proceedings were initiated and concluded. However, the period of suspension has not been regularized in accordance with rules. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
on 07.09.2009. However, no action has been taken. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 07.09.2009 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is also directed to enclose the copy of the representation along with the orders passed in this writ petition. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
